Memberships - Athletes
If your gym has the option to purchase and/or cancel memberships on-line, this article takes you through how to make these changes.
Not all gyms have the option setup for their members to purchase or cancel membership plans through the app. If this is the case, contact your gym directly to make any memberships changes, cancellations or purchases.
Membership Purchase
To purchase a membership or pass:
- Menu -> Memberships -> Buy Membership/Pass (desktop) or '+' (phone app)
- Subscribe & Purchase
Membership Cancellation
To cancel a membership or pass:
- Menu -> Memberships -> click 'Details' of Membership you wish to cancel
- Click through to 'cancel'
- This will bring up a page of remaining charges (if there are any) according to your minimum expiry period and contract terms.
If you cancel a membership with remaining charges, the charges will be charged immediately to the card you have on file. Should you wish to change a membership, please contact your gym directly to avoid these charges.
