WellHub/GymPass
The WodBoard WellHub integration allows people on WellHub (formerly GymPass) to see realtime booking information of your class schedule. Additionally when customers book via WellHub they will be marked in your classes as WellHub customers.
Linking WellHub
Follow this process to link WellHub to your account:
1) In WellHub head to the Integrations section and choose WodBoard in the dropdown:
2) On the WellHub home page find your Gym ID - highlighted below in red:
3) In WodBoard make sure all your classes have a description. Head to Timetable -> Classes to edit these
4) In WodBoard, head to Settings -> Locations -> Edit and scroll down to the WellHub section. Click the link to setup WellHub
5) Enter your Gym ID and link the classes you allow WellHub users to access. If you have multiple products at WellHub you should the highest level that can access the class.
Once enabled availability will update in real time with WellHub.
Warning: WellHub customers will not have had a way to sign your waiver when booking. As such you should either: a) do this when they arrive on site or b) you may find the standard WellHub terms included on their site are sufficient - more details in their terms
Check-ins
When a WellHub customer arrives at your gym you must ask them to check-in on the WellHub app to complete the WellHub booking.
If WellHub customers do not mark themselves as present in the WellHub app you will not be paid by WellHub for their attendance
Once a customer is marked as attended they will be reported on the event booking page as such in WodBoard. So if you take a register before class anyway this can be a great reminder to check they're all booked in. WellHub users are marked with a blue tag on the bookings page.
Reporting on WellHub visits
Head to Reports and select "Bookings - third party" from the dropdown to see a list of WellHub bookings and the customers are that are attending most over a date range.
