How to Receive Emails from WodBoard
If you’re not receiving emails from WodBoard, follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure messages are delivered properly.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes emails are filtered incorrectly by your email provider.
- Open your Spam or Junk folder.
- Look for emails from WodBoard.
- If found, mark the message as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.
Step 2: Check Filtered & Blocked Addresses
Your email settings may be preventing delivery.
- Go to your email Settings.
- Navigate to Filtered & Blocked Addresses (or similar section depending on your provider).
- Look for WodBoard in the blocked list.
- If it appears, remove or delete it from the blocked list.
- Save your changes.
Step 3: Try a Different Email Address
If you’re still not receiving emails:
- Register or update your account with a different email address.
