Syncing bookings to your calendar software
You can sync all your class, course and appointment bookings to your digital calendar whether that's software your run on phone/computer or an online calendar.
How the calendar sync works
When you setup the calendar sync you'll see another calendar with your bookings appear. Depending on the software you use you can normally set this to have a different colour, notifications, alarm timing and so on.
When you then make a booking on WodBoard that booking will automatically appear in your calendar. The calendar is one direction only - that means if you can cancel a booking in your calendar it won't cancel it on WodBoard and your gym will still be expecting you!
Whilst WodBoard will update your calendar link immediately when you make a booking, this won't always be reflected in your calendar immediately. Different calendars check for updates at different periods (the average being 6 hours). So if you book for a class closer than 6 hours do not assume it'll make your diary in time. Hopefully you'll remember with it so close!
