ClassPass

The WodBoard ClassPass integration allows people on ClassPass to see realtime booking information of your class and appointment schedules.  Additionally when customers book via ClassPass they will be marked in your classes as ClassPass customers.

Linking ClassPass

Contact our support team to enable ClassPass on your account.  You will also be able to choose if you want to allow service bookings as well as classes.  Once enabled you can head to Settings -> Business Details -> Edit next to the location and look for your partner and venue id which you will need to send to ClassPass.  They will then enable the integration which typically takes them 72 hours to action.

Once enabled availability will update in near-real time with ClassPass checking for updates every 10 minutes.

Warning: ClassPass customers will not have had a way to sign your waiver when booking. As such you should either: a) do this when they arrive on site or b) you may find the standard ClassPass waiver is sufficient - more details in this help article on the ClassPass website

Enabling ClassPass on classes

Once ClassPass is enabled any class with the "Allow Drop-ins" option checked will show in ClassPass.  You can control how many places are open to ClassPass customers by editing the recurring class and entering a number in the third party bookings box.

Note - third party booking limits are defined at the recurring class level, not the individual class level

In the example above only 2 bookings will be accepted from ClassPass.  If you want to allow all places to be bookable by ClassPass leave this field empty.  If you do not want to allow ClassPass bookings (but do want to allow direct drop-ins) set the number to 0.

Enabling ClassPass on services

if you enabled service bookings in the ClassPass setup step above, then any services that are selected as bookable by athletes will appear in ClassPass as bookable.

Viewing ClassPass bookings

When viewing an event you can click the Bookings tab to see which customers have booked in via ClassPass.  They are marked with a blue tag.

Reporting on ClassPass visits

Head to Reports and select "Bookings - third party" from the dropdown to see a list of ClassPass bookings and the customers are that are attending most over a date range. These are good opportunities for selling your Memberships to.
