How to activate your Content Hub

Content Hub

Content Hub is a place where you can store various documents and organise them within files. Things like Movement Libraries and Nutrition Guidance articles are commonly found here. This is available to all of your customers as 'Member Hub' within their app once you have activated it. There isoption to have folders available to select Memberships/Passes if you require.

Activating your Content Hub

Below is a quick video guide on activating and setting up your Content Hub.

Here is a guide on how to activate and set up your Content Hub.

  • Click on Settings -> Business Details

  • Scroll down to Content Hub -> Change state to Open
  • Select what customers have access to Content Hub
  • Scroll down to Save

Creating Content in your Hub

To create content in your Hub, go back to settings and select Content Hub.

  • Click on New Folder, input name
  • Select 'All' if you wish for all Memberships/Passes to have access
  • Select a Specific product if the content pertains to certain purchases
  • Save

  • Click on New File and input name
  • Select Type: Document, Image or Video
  • Save to Folder
  • Input text, links, downloads etc and Save

Your members will now have access to this information in their Member Hub section.
