Programming subscriptions

If you subscribe to programming provided by a 3rd party (eg CAP, Mayhem etc) then this can be fed automatically into your programming calendar on WodBoard. This saves you having to type it in each week. This article runs over how to set this up.

Marketplace

You can see a list of the programming providers we work in the Marketplace which can be accessed from the gym Settings page. Most programming can be subscribed instantly (the exception being CAP for which we need to verify your CrossFit affiliate details first)

Setup

You have two options on how to sync the programming to your account each month - automatic and manual:

Automatic sync

Once the programming has been added you'll need to head to the Settings -> Programming section and map the track to your classes. To do this look for the tracks you wish to subscribe to in the list and for each one click the Edit button next to the track:

Then select the class you'd like that track to appear in:

The initiai sync will take up to 15 minutes to happen but once complete the programming will be visible under the Programming section. it will not import the program if you already have some programming entered for that day.

Manual Sync

On your programming timetable you'll notice a new dropdown where you can choose between your class schedule and any external providers you've subscribed to. Change this to the provider of interest.

You can then click on the program for any day and a popup will show with the programming and a download button. Click the download button to download that days program to your class programming. You'll be able to choose the class and date to download it to (the date defaults to the same day it is programmed by the provider).

Delivery

Each week the programming will be available when the provider enters it. Typically this happens by the Thursday the week before the programming is due but it does depend on the supplier.

Edits

Once synced to your account the programming can be tweaked to your needs. For example you may want to remove a movement if you don't have the equipment, or alter a workout to do one of your own instead. You can edit a program as you would any other program you've created yourself by clicking the program preview and clicking the Edit button.

Note: In the small chance there's an update to the program by the 3rd party you will not get the update if you've already made changes to the program
