CRM Automation for Number of Attendances

The CRM system now offers the ability to allow for multiple class selection within the number of attendances automation. Below is a Video walk-through and also a step-by-step guide to set this up.

Step-by-step process

  • Head to Communications > Automations > New Automation.
  • Select 'Custom' and locate the 'Number of Attendances' field under the Automation section.
  • Input the desired number of attendances.
  • In the field below, choose Any or Specific class/service and type in what classes apply.
  • Choose to send a single email/SMS or a sequence. SAVE.
