CRM Viewing Leads

This article has been created to show the different views available within the CRM lead system. It also will walk you through how to customise your Pipeline view and create various states for your leads.

Pipeline View

The pipeline view is setup under Menu -> Leads. This organises your leads into columns which you can customise and/or filter by staff or tags.

Here are a few of the things you can do within the Pipeline:

  • Intro date's highlighted in green indicate an appointment that day.
  • You can move your leads from one state to another by dragging them.
  • If you drag them down to the bottom, you can drop them into either 'Converted', 'Not Interested' or 'Spam'.
  • If you click on the envelope, you can SMS, email or add notes to your lead. This works the same as the Inbox but gives you direct access to messaging your lead within the Pipeline.

List View

The list view gives you a rundown in date order of the various States your leads are in. You can access full details of the lead buy clicking on 'View'.

Customising Pipelines

To customise your pipeline, click on the New button -> New Pipeline

  • Name Pipeline
  • Specify States (All or Specific)
  • To create a new State:
    • Settings -> CRM -> Scroll down to States -> Edit Configuration

You can now access your new Pipeline in the drop-down box as seen below.

To filter your leads, click on the filter icon beside the drop-down. You can select a staff member the leads are assigned to and/or a tag you have assigned the lead.

Create a tag:

Settings -> Customer Options -> Tags -> Edit Configuration.
