Facebook Instant Form Leads

This article runs over the setup steps to link your Facebook Page to WodBoard. When completed leads from instant form ads will appear straight in your WodBoard CRM.  Note if you are using our ads product please follow the ads setup guide instead

Prerequisites

In Meta you can have a page under your personal profile or under a business profile. To import leads via WodBoard you need to be setup as a Business.  This also makes a lot more sense if you ever sell the business as you'll need handover access so it's worth getting it setup regardless.  There's a few possibilities here:

i) You've already got a business manager account setup and your page is linked

ii) You've already got a business manager account setup but your page is not linked

iii) You've not got a business manager account setup

Follow these steps to get setup:

1) Open Meta Business Manager by clicking this link  If the page loads and you are not prompted to create a Business Manager account then you are already setup with an account. If you are prompted to setup an account you do not currently have a business manager.  Following the correct step below

2) If you have a business manager - you need to check your page is linked to your manager.  To do this click this link to head to the page settings page.  if you see your page listed no further action is required in this step - move to the "Linking your Facebook Page in WodBoard" section below. If you do not see your page click Add in the top corner and choose "Add an existing page".  Follow the prompts from there to add the page to your business manager

3) If you do not have a business manager - Meta will have prompted you to create an account in step 1 so follow the prompts from there. Make sure you add your Facebook Page when asked.  This will create a business manager account and include your Page.

Linking your Facebook Page in WodBoard

Head to Settings -> CRM and scroll down to the Facebook section.  Click the link there
